NOASC is Hokkaido Japan's leading Adventure company running adventure activities throughout Hokkaido in Niseko, Tomamu (Furano) and Akan areas. Each winter we employ seasonal ski and snowboard instructors to help our customers and NOASC members to become better skiers, snowboarders, telemarkers, while enjoying skiing/boarding in Niseko, Kiroro, Rusutsu, and other surrounding ski resorts.

NOASC Niseko is our head operation here in Hokkaido Japan. Each year we are looking for....

experienced and qualified instructors, cross-over instructors, who are wishing to join our NOASC team, teaching/Instructing, mountain guiding, along with many other guiding/Instructing/supporting roles on various other NOASC winter activities. Our Instructors work across various job roles throughout winter looking after both our Japanese and foreign guests. 

For Instructors thinking of contining on through the summer as an outdoor guide (rafting, canyoning, abseiling, hiking, etc.,) NOASC offers great opportunities and incentives to the right persons.

  • Job Duration: Mid- December through to February
  • Job Type: Seasonal (Winter)
  • Staff Accommodation: Dormitory Style, or help finding other suitable lodgings.
  • Staff Training: On the job training for new staff.
  • Visa: Working Holiday or Working Visa required. Inquire at your nearest Japanese embassy.
  • No. of positions: 8
  • Wages: Depends on ones experience and qualifications. Starting from 4,000yen per lesson
