ツアー／アクティビティ予約条件
すべてのツアーおよびアクティビティのご予約は、少なくとも前日までに行ってください。当日予約はNOASCへ直接ご連絡ください。
ラフティングの予約は、ツアー実施日の14日前までに行う必要があります。
すべてのツアー／アクティビティにおける団体予約は、希望日の60日前までに行う必要があります。
オンライン予約ではウェブ割引クーポンのご利用により10％割引が適用されます。オンライン予約はご利用の48時間前まで可能です。
ツアー実施日まで60日未満の予約については、予約時に全額のお支払いが必要です。それ以外の予約については、50,000円または予約総額の20％のいずれか高い方をお支払いいただきます。銀行振込（手数料はお客様負担、当社口座に正確な金額が着金すること）およびクレジットカードでのお支払いが可能です。クレジットカード決済には5％の手数料がかかります。

団体予約のキャンセルおよび人数変更
団体予約については、ツアー実施日の30日前以降のキャンセル、または参加人数の変更については、100％のキャンセル料が発生します。

すべてのお客様は、健康状態が良好である必要があります。薬物やアルコールの影響下にある方、または参加に支障をきたす可能性のある身体的状態のある方はご参加いただけません。
参加前に免責同意書への記入・署名が必要です。18歳未満の方は、18歳以上の保護者による署名が必要です。予約時に18歳未満である場合はお知らせください。

宿泊／パッケージに関する一般条件
本条件は、NOASC株式会社（以下NOASC）およびNOASCに代わり予約や支払い業務を行う関係者に適用されます。
施設は、領収書に記載された期間に限り、休暇目的で貸し出されます。電話・メール・郵送による予約における施設説明は誠実に行われますが、誤解に対する責任は負いかねます。予約は誠意をもって行われますが、所有者または代理人からの通知により変更される場合があります。NOASCは管理外の行為について責任を負いません（可能な限り代替宿泊施設を手配します）。最低宿泊日数や特別条件が適用される場合があります。

料金および通貨
すべての料金は日本円で表示されます。最終支払いが完了するまで料金は変更される場合があります。最終支払い後および全手配完了後は価格が確定されます。

見積・予約
すべての見積および予約は空き状況および予約時点の実価格に基づきます。口頭見積は参考価格であり、正式には書面により確定します。

請求書
確定した予約には請求書が発行されます。内容確認は予約担当者の責任です。

請求書の誤り
NOASCは、請求書発行後であっても全額支払い前であれば誤りを修正する権利を有します。

変更
1回まで無料で変更可能です。それ以降は1人あたり5,000円の手数料がかかります。航空券変更は航空会社規定に従います。

直前予約手数料
出発14日前以降の予約には手数料が発生する場合があります。

支払い方法
銀行振込・現金以外の支払いには5％の手数料がかかります。

予約成立
デポジット支払いにより条件への同意とみなされます。
予約後7日以内に50,000円または20％（高い方）をお支払いください。未払いの場合はキャンセルされることがあります。残額は出発60日前までにお支払いください。

代理店が受領した代金について、NOASCは受領するまで責任を負いません。

本条件に加え、予約時または利用時に提示される追加条件が適用されます。一部条項が無効となった場合でも、他の条項には影響しません。
English Terms and Conditions:

1. Bookings and Reservations
All tour and activity bookings must be made at least one (1) day in advance. Same-day bookings must be made directly with NOASC.
Rafting bookings must be made no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled tour date.
Group bookings for all tours and activities must be made no later than sixty (60) days prior to the intended booking date.
Online bookings are available up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled activity and are eligible for a ten percent (10%) discount when a valid web discount coupon is applied.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking for any activity scheduled within sixty (60) days of the tour date.
For all other bookings, a deposit of JPY 50,000 or twenty percent (20%) of the total booking value (whichever is greater) is required.
Payments may be made via bank transfer (all bank fees to be borne by the payer; the full invoiced amount must be received by NOASC) or by credit card. Credit card payments incur a five percent (5%) handling fee.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The balance must be paid no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure.
3. Summer Activity Cancellation Policy
Cancellation one (1) day prior: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% cancellation fee
Activities cancelled by NOASC due to weather conditions: no cancellation fee
4. Winter Activity Cancellation Policy
60 to 45 days prior: 20% cancellation fee
44 to 32 days prior: 50% cancellation fee
31 days or less prior: 100% cancellation fee
5. Group Booking Cancellation and AmendmentsFor all group bookings, any cancellation or reduction in participant numbers made within thirty (30) days prior to the tour date will incur a one hundred percent (100%) cancellation fee.
6. Participant Requirements
All participants must be in good health and physical condition. NOASC reserves the right to refuse participation to any person under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose physical condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.
All participants must complete and sign a waiver of liability and indemnity prior to participation. Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.
General Conditions for Accommodation and Packages
These conditions apply to NOASC Co., Ltd. (“NOASC”) and any third parties engaged to arrange bookings and receive payments on its behalf.
Accommodation is provided solely for holiday purposes and only for the period specified in the booking confirmation. Descriptions provided by NOASC are made in good faith; however, NOASC accepts no liability for any misinterpretation.
Bookings are subject to change prior to commencement if required by the property owner or their agent. NOASC shall not be liable for actions taken by third parties beyond its control, although reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements.
Minimum stay requirements and special package conditions may apply.
Pricing and Currency
All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are subject to change until full payment has been received and all services confirmed. Once confirmed, prices are guaranteed.
Quotes and Reservations
All quotes are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking. Verbal quotations are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Invoices
All confirmed bookings will be issued with an invoice detailing the services booked. It is the responsibility of the booking agent or client to verify all details and acknowledge applicable cancellation policies.
NOASC reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing prior to full payment.
Amendments
One (1) amendment per confirmed booking is permitted free of charge. Additional amendments will incur a fee of JPY 5,000 per person, plus any supplier-imposed charges.
Late Booking Fee
Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of travel may incur additional fees, including courier or administrative costs.
Cancellation of Accommodation and Packages
Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by NOASC.
More than 60 days prior: minimum charge of JPY 50,000 or 20% (whichever is greater), plus supplier fees
Within 60 days: 100% cancellation fee
RefundsRefunds are only provided where approved by both NOASC and the relevant supplier. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
Travel Insurance
NOASC strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, delays, theft, liability, and other unforeseen events.
Exclusions
Prices do not include taxes, tolls, meals (unless specified), insurance, gratuities, or costs arising from weather, transport disruptions, or other events beyond control.
Liability and Responsibility
NOASC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or additional expenses caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, mechanical failure, acts of government, or third-party actions.
NOASC reserves the right to amend or cancel any booking or refuse participation at its discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hokkaido, Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Iwanai Courts.
Final Provisions
All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms advised at the time of booking. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
