The Salomon Q-105 is similar to the Q-115 only that they are slimmer giving a more versatile all resort ski. With the same “poppy” camber as the 115’s, they are said to feel super snappy when carving the corduroy, and railing from edge to edge. The rocker tips are said to float nicely in both the powder and choppy snow, allowing for the tight turns needed in some of the Niseko tree runs. Although, these lite rocker tips have been shown in ski tests to need the skier to pay close attention and control them when skiing the more chopped up runs/heavy crud found on the shoulder seasons of winter.
